Using My3 to manage your bills online.
Viewing and printing your bill in your My3 account.

It's easy to view and print off your bills for free using your My3 account. If you're on eBills you'll be able to see the previous six months’ bills using your My3 account on your phone. And you can view, download and print PDF copies of the last 12 months’ bills in your My3 account on your computer. To view PDFs you'll need Adobe Reader. We’ll send you a text message to let you know when your latest bill is available to be viewed.

 

To view your bill on your phone:

  1. Go to Planet 3, or if you have an iPhone or iPad go to our Three App
  2. In Planet 3 go to Your My3 account by selecting the tab at the top, or in the Three App tap Check my usage to open My3
  3. Select your My3 Account
  4. Select View and pay your bills
  5. Select the bill to see a summary of your bill.

 

To view your bill on a computer go to your My3 account:

  1. Select Login or, if you haven't registered yet, select Register here (you'll need to enter your Three mobile number and the last six digits on your SIM card)
  2. Select My account
  3. Select View and pay your bills
  4. Click on the PDF icon to view a PDF version of your bill

The bills on My3 contain the same information as a printed bill that you'd get in the post. You’ll be charged £1.50 for getting an itemised paper bill in the post.

 

Draft bills.

Before your complete monthly bill is available in My3, we put up a draft bill. You can recognise it by a different PDF icon, which is grey with a pencil. This is an estimate of what your monthly bill will be, but we're still doing some checks to make sure everything is correct. Your draft bill should give you a pretty good idea about your bill amount for that month, but it may still change. We will only send you a message when we've done all our checks and your final bill is available in your My3 account.
