Your My3 account makes it really easy to keep track of your spending. You can access it for free from your phone or computer. You can use it to:

• See how much of your allowances you’ve got left each month
• View and print your bills
• Update your personal details (like your home address, email and more)

Download the Three app to manage your My3 account.

For easy access to My3 whenever you need it, download the free Three app to your:

iPhone.

To download the Three app you’ll need to make sure you’ve registered with iTunes. You can download the app by:

• Searching for ‘Three’ in the App Store on your iPhone
• Or by clicking on this icon

If you download the app to iTunes on your computer you’ll need to sync your iPhone before you can use the app on your iPhone.

Android phone.

Our app isn’t available for all Android phones yet, but we’re working on it. You can find a list of incompatible Android phones here.

Before installing the app, you’ll need to make sure you have created a Google Checkout account and that you are signed in on your phone and/or computer.

You can download the app to your phone by:

• Searching for "Three" in the Android Market on your phone
• Or by clicking on this icon

If you’re viewing this page on your phone you’ll be taken straight to the Three app in the Android Market where you can install it. If you’re viewing this on your computer, you’ll be taken to the Three app in the Android Market. The app will automatically install on your phone, provided you’re signed into your Google account on your phone.

BlackBerry Torch.

To download the Three app you’ll need to make sure you’ve set up a BlackBerry ID and that you’re signed in on your phone. You can download the app by:

Register to use your My3 account on a computer.

You can register to use your My3 account on your computer here. The first time you visit you’ll be asked to set a password to keep your details secure. You’ll need to enter the last 6 digits of the number on the back of your SIM card, so make sure you have it to hand.

Access your My3 account on your Three phone.

With My3 on your phone, it’s easy to keep track of your allowances wherever you are – and there’s no need to register or log in. Just select ‘Planet 3’ and choose the ‘My3 account’ tab. Or you can type m.three.co.uk in your phone’s browser.
