To check when your contract ends take a look at the first letter you got from us when you joined Three. That's where we outlined the details of your contract, including the start and end dates, and details of your price plan. It should be on the back of the first page.
If you can't find your letter, or you've got one of our old letters which doesn't have this bit on it, you'll need to give us a call on 333 from a Three phone or 0333 300 3333 (standard rates apply) (5p per minute from a BT landline, other networks may vary). We'll check when your contract ends and when you become eligible for an upgrade.
