You can move to a price plan of equal or higher value at any time. However, if you want to move to a Mix & Match price plan, you’ll have to wait until you’re eligible for an upgrade. You can’t move to Mix & Match in the middle of your contract.

Upgrading your mobile

If you’re upgrading your mobile, you can change your price plan because you’ll be entering into a new contract. However, you must make sure that you qualify for an upgrade first. Go to the upgrade page for more information.

How to change your price plan

If you decide you want to change your price plan, we’ll need to know at least 24 hours before your bill date to make sure the change takes place from your next bill. For example, if your bills are dated the 4^th of each month, we’ll need to know about your request by the 2^nd. Any later than that, and the change won’t take place until the following month.
