If you have 3GS iPhone and haven't upgraded to iOS 4.3 you won't receive the Three's settings via iTunes, until you upgrade your iPhone to iOS 4.3. If you decide not to upgrade to iOS 4.3 you can enter the settings manually by following these steps:

1. Go to your iPhone home screen menu
2. Tap on the Settings icon

3. Scroll down and tap General

4. Tap Network

5. Make sure Enable 3G is ON
6. Tap Cellular Data Network

7. In the Cellular Data section enter the following:
   • APN: three.co.uk
   • Leave the Username and Password fields blank

8. Scroll down to the MMS settings section and enter:
   • APN: three.co.uk
   • leave Username and Password blank
   • MMSC: http://mms.um.three.co.uk:10021/mmsc
   • MMS Proxy: 217.171.129.2:8799
   • MMS Max message size: 307200
   • leave MMS UA Prof URL blank

 

Planet 3 and My3

 

Planet 3 gives you quick access to My3 where you can top-up your phone, buy Add-ons, check how many minutes and texts you have left and also pay your bill.

You must be connected to the Three network to use Planet 3 and My3. The best way to make sure you are connected to Three is to turn off Wi-Fi.

1. Tap on the Settings icon on the home screen
2. Go to Wi-Fi
3. Turn Wi-Fi off.

To access Planet 3 just tap on Safari on the home screen and enter:

• http://mobile.three.co.uk/hb/HutchKey
  
  
  
  Tap on the + at the bottom of your screen and select “Add to Home Screen". You'll now be able to access Planet 3 from your home screen
