1. On your DSi select Start and then System Settings
2. Select Wireless Communications, then On
3. From the System Settings screen select the red arrow to scroll through the rest of the system settings
4. On the third System Settings screen select Internet, and then Connection Settings
5. Select Advanced Setup
6. Click on None on Connection 4, 5 or 6 to setup a connection to your MiFi modem
7. Select Search for An Access Point. Select the MiFi modem in the list. The name displayed will be whatever you have set the SSID to.
8. Enter your password (WiFi key) without a space between the eight characters - for example 79E49E05, not 79E4 9E05. You will find the password on the help card that comes in the box or on your MiFi modem under the battery.
9. Select OK when you are asked to save your settings
10. Select OK when you are asked to begin a Connection Test. If your MiFi modem is set up correctly you will be able to connect to the internet.

The DSi doesn’t support Wi-Fi encryption for online gaming. To use this feature you need to turn off encryption via the dashboard.
