My phone doesn’t work – what should I do? 

 

If your phone ‘freezes’, ‘crashes’ or seems to have problems with coverage, try this:

 

·          Switch your phone off and then on again.

·          If that doesn’t work try switching your phone off, taking out the battery and SIM card, replacing them and then switching it back on.

 

Sounds simple, but this fixes about 80% of all problems! If however they don’t fix yours, check our troubleshooters on My3 to try and fix the problem yourself.

Tracking the progress of your repair

Ø       If you lodge a repair, you can track its progress on My3. You can ONLY track your repair on the web, not on your mobile.

Ø       Go to three.co.uk/my3

Ø      Select Login or, if you haven’t registered yet, select Register here (you’ll need to enter your mobile number and the last six digits on your SIM card)

Ø   Select My mobile

Ø     Select Track my repair   

 

Please note: If you haven't registered for My3, you will need to do this before you send your phone off for repair as you will receive a confirmation message by text.
