How can I change my price plan?

 

First decide if you want to move to a price plan of higher value, switch to one that's of equal value to your current price plan or try a cheaper price plan.

 

Mix & Match Note: If you are an existing 3 customer and want to move to a Mix & Match price plan, you’ll have to wait until you’re eligible for an upgrade. You can’t move to Mix & Match in the middle of your contract.

 

Upgrading your mobile

If you’re upgrading your mobile, you can change your price plan because you’ll be entering into a new contract. However, you must make sure that you qualify for an upgrade first. Go to the upgrade page for more information.
