My mobile is lost or stolen – what should I do?
· Immediately call 3 Customer Services on 08707 330 333 from any phone and they will bar all calls. This number is charged at your national rate.
· Report the loss or theft to the Police and get a crime or loss reference number.
Note: We exchange mobile information with other UK networks to prevent its use elsewhere.
Lost or stolen overseas?
· If your mobile has been lost or stolen while travelling abroad, immediately call 3 Customer Services on +44 7782 333 333.
Got insurance?
· If you have Care3 Insurance with CPP Phonesafe, contact them to submit a claim on 08451 232 333 within 48 hours of the incident or, if overseas, on your return to the UK.
· If you have 3Cover insurance with LSG, contact them to submit a claim on 08456 743 333 within 48 hours of the incident or, if overseas, on your return to the UK.
