Register to manage your bills online.

Your My3 account makes it really easy to keep track of your spending. You can access it for free from your phone or computer. You can use it to:

  • see how much of your allowances you’ve got left each month
  • view and print your bills
  • update your personal details, like your home address, email and more.

For easy access to My3 whenever you need it, you can download the free Three app to manage your My3 account. Here's how:


iPhone.

To download the Three app you’ll need to make sure you’ve registered with iTunes. You can download the app by:

  • searching for Three in the App Store on your iPhone
  • or by clicking on this icon

If you download the app to iTunes on your computer you’ll need to sync your iPhone before you can use the app on your iPhone.


Android phone.

Our app isn’t available for all Android phones yet, but we’re working on it. You can find a list of incompatible Android phones here.

You can download the app to your phone by:

  • searching for Three in the Google Play Store on your phone
  • or by clicking on this icon

If you’re viewing this page on your phone you’ll be taken straight to the Three app in Google Play where you can install it. If you’re viewing this on your computer, you’ll be taken to the Three app in the Google Play Store. The app will automatically install on your phone, provided you’re signed into your Google account on your phone.

You can register to use your My3 account on your computer. The first time you visit you’ll be asked to set a password to keep your details secure.
